first part of alight sci-fi series about an earth destroyed by moon sized alien intelligence. i'll read the others if i have nothing more interesting to read.

It's written by a former hedge fund manager and it's pulpy and full of corruption and sex. it's not pretending to be anything else though so go read it.

A quick read about the crypto and associated players and fraudsters. I wished it went deeper into the history of the space, and also had more technical details about the nature of the frauds.

it was fine. an interesting sci-fi-ish idea but unmemorable. i really like A Visit From the Goon Squad though - read that instead.

a book about parenting and letting your children choose their own stories. a bit weird at first, but i got caught up in it. you should read it.

a book about things left unsaid. beautiful.

the guy learned to fly and scouted walmart locations from the air - what's not to love?
